There are 4 customizable tabs for each listing which can be used to add videos, photos, virtual tours that are hosted on a website, or any HTML. These tabs are: one "Media" and three "Add more info" in the listing editor:

1. To add a video, photos, virtual tour that is hosted on some service on the Internet you will need the link and/or embed code for that media. For example, if you have a video that you've uploaded to Youtube.com, you need to go to that video on Youtube, and click on the "Share" button:
2. If you wish to just use the youtube share link, copy paste the highlighted link into the "Youtube or Vimeo" field (marked [1]", as shown below in step 4. This will show the video on the first tab of the property website.If instead you wish to add the video as a separate tab in the property website, then click on the "Embed" tab:
3. This will show the embed code (see below screenshot), which you should select and copy with CTRL-C :
4. In your RealBird account, go to the
Listing Marketing section, find your listing, click "
Edit Property Info", scroll down to the "
Video and VT" tab and click on it to open, then, at your option, paste the Youtube (or Vimeo) video link into the "Youtube or Vimeo URL" field, and/or paste the embed code into the HTML field, and set a short title, as shown below. Note that you paste in here as many video embed codes as you need, stacked (use <br> to insert a break between them)
5. Lastly, scroll down and click "
Save as draft" or "
Publish", as appropriate.

NOTE: If you have a pdf document, or a slideshow for which you do not have an embed code, you may upload it to www.scribd.com or embed.ly and use their embed code.
