How to embed your map based property search in your ActiveRain blog post
Map based property searches are a great way to generate leads using "microblogging" - i.e. blogposts about neighborhoods.
1. Log in to your ActiveRain account and create a new blog. The blog editor comes up by default in WYSIWYG mode, which is convenient to write and format text. Write the text of the blog first (you can insert photos in this mode), and when you are done Save your work as draft.
1. Open a new browser window or tab and create a niche map based property search as shown in this
tutorial.
2. Click on the HTML box to get the embed widget code. Select the code
with your cursor and press CTRL-C to copy.
3. Go back to Edit of the ActiveRain blog post window and switch your editor to
HTML mode and place the cursor where you wish to insert your map
property search -in the illustration below we are inserting it at the end of the blog post.
4. Paste the widget code with CTRL-V
5. Save your post as draft, or Publish, it should look like this
